Jimmy Vlasidis

Jimmy opened the original Four Seasons in downtown Powhatan in 2004 with his grandmother’s Greek recipes and a short Italian menu. Twenty‑some years later he’s still in the kitchen most days, still running the floor on Friday nights, and still the reason regulars keep showing up.

Co-owner

Barbara

Jimmy’s sister and now his business partner. Barbara joined as co-owner this year and is steering the front of house, the pastry case, and the bookkeeping — everything that keeps the place running while Jimmy’s on the line.

The crew

The people you’ll see when you walk in.

Cooks who’ve been on the line for years. Servers who remember whether you take coffee with cream and which booth is yours. A pastry case kept stocked by hand, not on a schedule.
